What Meyzal builds

From business question to working solution.

Meyzal focuses on three areas: websites, AI assistants and the automation of business processes. Digital workspaces are often where they come together. For each topic you can see the problem at its centre, what we can build and what the example actually shows.

All examples use fictional content. They are not client case studies.

Websites

The problem
Your organisation has changed, but your website still tells the old story. Visitors cannot quickly see what you do or how to take the next step.
What Meyzal builds
A website with a clear story, a fitting design and an obvious next step. Easy to use on mobile, handed over with an explanation.
What you see here
Studio Noordlijn, an invented consultancy, in three styles: Professional, Expressive and Premium. You switch styles yourself; the content stays the same.

AI assistants

The problem
A lot of time goes into searching, preparing and summarising. AI can help, but it quickly sounds convincing even when the reasoning does not hold up.
What Meyzal builds
An assistant for one clearly defined task, with set reasoning steps, clear boundaries and human review. The leadership coach is one concrete application.
What you see here
Conversation preparation for managers. The demo uses predefined example choices and pre-written outcomes; there is no live AI processing.

Automation

The problem
The same tasks keep coming back: retyping data, chasing documents, sending reminders. It takes time and things easily slip through.
What Meyzal builds
We map one recurring process and decide which steps can safely be automated and where a person should keep reviewing. Only then do we choose the technology.
What you see here
A general illustration of a process step, not a working integration and not an existing client process. We develop a concrete example together, based on your situation.
  1. Request comes in
  2. Check the details
  3. Prepare the follow-up

Digital workspaces

The problem
Files, documents and agreements are scattered across email, calendars and separate notes. Following up becomes difficult.
What Meyzal builds
A client portal, internal workspace or records overview, shaped around your workflow. It brings information together; automation is a separate choice for each step.
What you see here
A fictional football agency platform: one of many possible applications. Simulate receiving a document and see its status carry through to the file and overview.

How we work

Clear steps. Personal contact.

  1. Understand

We discuss the goal, users and current way of working. Which business problem should the solution solve?

  2. Agree

We agree on the approach, scope, costs and responsibilities, including what falls outside the project.

  3. Build and test

We work in manageable stages and check together that the solution does what we agreed.

  4. Deliver and explain

You receive guidance, access and the agreed files. Maintenance and ongoing support are agreed separately.

About Meyzal

Technology starts with understanding what people need.

Meyzal is run by one entrepreneur with experience in leadership and organising work. That is why every project starts with the business problem: what is getting stuck, for whom, and what needs to improve? Only then do we choose the technology.

A website, AI assistant or automation is valuable when it fits your organisation and the people using it. Clear scope, direct contact and straightforward explanations are central to the work.

Personal. Practical. Involved.

Frequently asked questions.

What does a website or solution cost?

That depends on what you need. During the agreement phase we set the approach, scope and costs, so you know where you stand before work begins.

What do I need to provide?

A website needs accurate copy, suitable images and the rights to use them. We agree who approves content and who handles hosting, domain and management.

What do I receive at handover?

An explanation of how to use it, plus the agreed access and files. Exactly what you receive is agreed up front.

Is maintenance included?

Maintenance and ongoing support are agreed separately, so you choose what you need after handover.

What do you mean by automation?

Making recurring work simpler, such as transferring data, chasing documents or preparing follow-up. We first look at which steps are suitable and where someone should keep reviewing. Which systems we connect depends on what you use and what is technically and legally possible.

Are the examples on this site real clients?

No. The demos use fictional situations and data. They show what Meyzal can design and build, without invented client results. The management demo uses predefined example choices and is not live AI.

What would you like to work on?

Tell us what you want to improve. We can explore a suitable first step together.
