Solutions / AI assistants

Prepare smarter.
Keep making the decisions.

AI assistants for recurring tasks such as finding information, preparing meetings and summarising documents. We start with one specific task in your organisation and build support with clear boundaries and human review.

Finding knowledgePreparation and summariesLeadership

Much of the work is searching, preparing and following up.

Finding information, preparing a meeting or summarising a report takes time. AI can help, but an answer can sound convincing while the reasoning is missing. A good assistant therefore starts with the right questions and sources.

Meyzal develops AI support around a clearly defined task: which sources may the assistant use, which steps does it follow and who reviews the outcome? One concrete application is the leadership coach. It helps managers prepare a difficult conversation by asking questions first, rather than simply agreeing with you.

From a question to a useful solution.

  1. Choose one application and map out the task, sources and intended outcome.
  2. Make the reasoning steps, review questions and boundaries explicit. Agree on who may use which data.
  3. Try an initial version against carefully selected scenarios and decide how people will review its outputs.

A thinking partner that questions you first.

A digital thinking partner that also questions your assumptions. View an example conversation plan and explore what we could develop for your managers in a pilot.

Fictional example

Prepare a conversation without judging too quickly.

You encounter resistance and question an employee’s motivation. The fictional management demo helps you explore facts, perspectives, expectations and support. It then offers a possible opening and a practical next step. The demo uses predefined example choices and pre-written outcomes; there is no live AI.

What we can agree to deliver.

  • A defined application with clear instructions and an agreed initial version.
  • A selected set of sources, example scenarios and review questions.
  • Guidance on use, limitations and human oversight.

What is not included as standard.

A pilot is not an unlimited assistant for every task. Integrations, internal sources and further development are included only when agreed. AI does not make formal HR, legal or disciplinary decisions.

What do we need?

Suitability depends on the task, data, access rights and technology. We discuss privacy, licensing and usage costs. You review facts, sources and suggestions; people remain responsible for decisions.
